I'm trying to learn CAD for car designing.. It would be better if I went to a school for it but I reside in Japan and don't speak Japanese enough for a class.... . So I'm trying to study myself and need to buy a software.. What would you say is the best learning software??. Also, do you know if it works ok in a foreign computer?. I have a PC that I bought in Japan and all the directions are given in Japanese Language..
